Community Corner

4th Annual Realtor ShredFest

Local Realtors of NSDCAR will host the 4th Annual
Shredfest from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m., Saturday, April 26 at Torrey Pines High
School as part of the group’s “Building a Better North County” community
project.

ShredFest is a community event that provides safe documents
destruction, while raising money for the Torrey Pines High School Foundation. Certified
destruction will be performed onsite by a bonded, insured shredding company
with state-of-the-art equipment. Community members may destroy papers, CDs and
floppy disks at the event.

The suggested donation is $5 per banker’s box of documents.
The cost of the shredding truck is sponsored by local moving company TWO MEN
AND A TRUCK®, with all proceeds going directly to student programs funded by the
TPHS Foundation.

With tax season over and many families preparing for spring
cleaning, now is a great time to safely destroy sensitive documents including
bank account information, credit card detail, health records or any documents
with social security numbers.

Shredfest will be held at 3710 Del Mar Heights Rd., San
Diego in conjunction with the TPHS Rummage Sale. For more information about the
event, please contact your local Realtor or Alicia Sorber Gallegos with TWO MEN
AND A TRUCK® at 858-877-2100.
